Hi! Renting my room in luxury building for $1787/Month - AMAZING FiDi / Seaport location and many transportation options with the Fulton Center within a 5 min walk. Multiple restaurants and bar options close by with the South Street Seaport across the street and Stone Street- 7 min walk. Building amenities include laundry facility, dry cleaning, gym, lounge/common area, and a rooftop.
The apartment is considered a one bedroom, which has been converted into a 3 bedroom. The available room is a private bedroom with closet space, HVAC unit, & views of the Brooklyn Bridge from the large windows. Living room, kitchen and bathroom considered common space for three roommates.
Room can either come furnished or unfurnished!
Rent is due 1st of the month in full. Utilities cost included in the rent: Electricity- avg $36 a month per person
Separate Utilities: WiFi- avg $36 a month per person
We are looking for someone to live with us for the lease period which ends in September 2026.
Looking for someone chill and clean. Roommates are the absolute best and you will love living in the building!!
